jjbeebee :  Hah! It cracks me up how paranoid so many of my friends are about this now. I think my BFF had two extra ultrasounds just to confirm her baby was a girl after I had my son.

Audrey2_sings :  well as someone who experienced it first hand, I can assure you it doesn’t matter! Our families ran out as soon as my son was born and stocked us with boy clothes and that was all there was to it. I do have a wall hanging with our girl name on it in storage and pink clothes and blankets, but that’s it. Now I’m fully prepared whether #2 is a boy or girl! It is a good lesson in making all big purchases gender neutral though…which I recommend anyone do anyway if the plan is to have more kids and re-use stuff.
