alohakay :   Asheville is a great choice, but I would say Hendersonville is an even better one! I’m from FL (met my Fiance while on vacation in hendersonville), and moved up a year later. It is such a charming city with some great air bnb’s or bed n breakfast’s, and an AWESOME main street. Delicious restaurant, great shopping, and is relatively large downtown area for a small city. Asheville is only 30-45 minutes and going to the Biltmore house is a great day trip. Asheville is extremely overcrowded and I personally wouldn’t stay there because of traffic. It is a long drive but it’s a beautiful one once you get up in the mountains! Check out Allegiant Airlines, they fly nonstop to asheville airport for dirt cheap. Happy Anni!!

We spent our honeymoon in Blue Ridge GA. Had the best time! Rented a super cute cabin in the mountains. Mercier Orchard was by far my favorite place to shop. Best Apple butter i’ve ever eaten. Pecan syrup to die for! And don’t get me started with the apple pies. We drove to Helen GA, food amazing and the town is super cute. We hiked blood Mountain. Highly recommend!
