I know we all want to look pretty and we also want our skin to look healthy and beatiful. So are you guys taking any vitamins or other herbal things to keep your skin shiny and healthy. I have a problem with acne I cant really get rid of it. So recently I got on the birth control (aviane) to see if that would help it because it does for most people…Thanksss

i was just taking a regular multi vitamin – i have really dry skin so i dont break out too much but i did notice that it made my hair and nails alot more healthy and strong! overall i felt better 😉 my sister on the other hand had really really bad acne in her early 20’s and BC seemed to do the trick for her.

I haven’t used any pills, but I got a Clarisonic and LOVE it. If I skip even a day of using it, my skin doesn’t look nearly as good.

Something that I have read helping a lot of other people is green juice and green smoothies.
Acne is such a pain to deal with. Really, what helps is probably going to depend on what kind of acne you have.
I will say that I do agree with trying vitamins and healthy food to help since I believe that what goes in will manifest itself in some way.
Personally, I don’t have active red pimples, but I have blackheads and clogged pores everywhere. I could squeeze out at least 10 every night.

Drinking lots of water.
Not forgetting to wash/not over washing my skin.
Vitamins (B-100 complex, E).
making sure I get lots of sleep every night.
