    i bought a bike this spring and have been biking all over our city all summer. i am not a fan of exercise/working out, but this is something i do with Fiance, gets me outdoors, and is fun. and the fact that i’m in better shape now than i have been in awhile is just an added bonus. yesterday we did a 25 mile hilly ride, we came home exhausted but feeling great about ourselves. i highly recommend it!

    Im not going to attempt anything other than just trying to live healthily 🙂 Every time i lose weight i just gain it back so this time im not going to set myself up for dissappointment

    I was already a member of a gym, went 2 or 3 times a week etc. I think what motivated me (to go more often) was just the concept of ‘looking amazing’ for my Fiance on our wedding day. I really want him to say ‘Whoa!’. I know he already looks at me that way, but I am very self-conscious :/

    Started a gym membership before I got engaged. But will hire a personal trainer after the holidays 🙂

    What motivated me to pick up the pace was my aunt pinching the fat on my belly like they’re some kid’s cheek…
