iPhone 4s still sell for 200$ used where I’m from on the local used websites. My Fiance is selling his to get a new phone in a few weeks. 🙂

Me!!!  Absolutely can’t wait. But I’m really kicking myself as I could have sold my 4s for about the same as my new 5s but I promised it to my daughter and she is sooooo very excited. Will y’all order online or try your luck at a retailer?

I’m getting a 5C. Does that count?

Call me one of those tin-foil hat weirdos, but I’m just not super enthused on the fingerprint technology, and how its stored, or “used”.

@Skittles131:  iphones are kind of cultish. Lol but either way congrats on your upgrade!

I bought my iPhone 5 through best buy last year in october and bought the product exchange plan. I pay $12/mth for it. Basically it covers everything but accidental damage. The silent/loud switch got stuck so I had my phone replaced free of charge. I also got to choose whatever phone I wanted on whatever carrier (so I could have waited and traded it for the iphone 5s or 6). I got a samsung galaxy S4 and it is seriously blowing my mind. The picture is 10 times better than the iphone, the camera might as well be a separate point and shoot because theres so many options- it literally uses the weather reading and updates the camera for sunny, cloudy or night time photos. It reads my EYEBALL to scroll up or down. It will pause a video if I look away from the camera. It also remembers everything I type (except passwords, unless I want it too). Not to mention it’s pretty and quite a bit more animated than the iphone.

However I am incredibly jealous that the iphone 5s can read a finger print.  I wonder if it will work well.

* I just want to add that it was a pain in the ass getting a replacement phone. Honestly I made up a problem cause I wanted a new phone and I told them my phone was dropping calls and texts were taking forever to get in. The geek squad guy told me to sit with Fiance and text and call back and forth until a call drops to prove it to them. Luckily my Fiance piped up and told them my switch was sticky and the guy fiddled with it and then told me I could go pick out a new phone.. then I had to go to a different best buy because that one had no S4s in stock. Then the new store had to check the switch again (this took much longer for some reason.) Then I had to go home and get the plug in, usb cord and ear phones that came with the iphone in order to fully exchange the phone..

But! I have my phone now and it was completely free of charge 🙂
