(Closed) getting back in shape

Yeah it will get better.  I LOVE the burn and the soreness.  The beauty of when you first start working out is that you can get a great workout so EASILY.  Enjoy it that way!  I just hate when I’m super tired and its so much more difficult to push myself.

Don’t overdo it if you are just starting out. That’s why a lot of people give up because they try too hard, too fast, too soon. No one says that you need to start off by jogging a mile every day. 🙂

Keep at it! It will definitely get easier! I took a month off and am ready to get back into it today. I have a feeling it’s going to be a rough run, but I’m determined to get back to running at least 3x per week.
