I like Jillian Michaels’ DVDs because they combine all of those things, but are not nearly as long as the P90X dvds. I just couldn’t commit to an hour+ for P90X. Ripped in 30 is good, and I like No More Trouble Zones, but it’s a little longer. Also, check out http://www.bodyrock.tv, there are a ton of free workouts on there that are awesome, a different one every day!

I just started Insanity a few days ago.  It’s going to be a huge challenge, but definitely seems like it will be worth it.  I don’t think you’d get bored because the videos move SO fast there’s barely time to breathe.  The videos are shorter than P90x which is great.  And it’s a lot more cardio than P90x.   I’m planning to do the two months of Insanity (which might take me a little longer because in the summer it’s hard to devote 6 days a week), then do a combo of P90x / Insanity / runs/ bikes / pilates etc.  I definitely get bored easily with workouts so combining a lot of different things in the past has worked well for me.

I just started Supreme 90 Day which is similar, (cheaper – $19.99) and the videos are shorter (30-50 minutes). I like it so far, all you need is a fitness ball (stability ball) and some challenging hand weights. I’ve been using 10’s, 8’s and 5’s.

I got bored of p90x too. I have been doing Jillian Michael’s 30 day shred and I like it because it’s so short (20 minutes) it’s over before you even know it. And it kicks my butt just as hard as p90x did if not harder since I actually did 100% of the work out …lol

@yellowshoe – when you finish that, try Ripped in 30 by Jillian – still short workouts, but even more intense (if you can believe it!)
