I need some motivation. Wedding is in a few months (September 2013) and I have to drop some pounds. Anyone here want to join? We have to check in anytime we lose weight.
I am posting my current weight and my goal weight and wedding date.
Current weight 135
Goal weight 125
current size: ~6 depending on brand, aiming for 2-4
Wedding date September
Plan: gym every second day (weight training???), pilates (any suggestions???)
I will check in every few days..
