@Elizabethashley23:  Congratulations on your engagement, and previous weight loss success!!! There are quite a few before and after stories on the fitness forum, so you have definitely come to the right place. I am currently just going to the gym, but I usually do some MMA and dance. I will take those things back up when I move in June.

 

If you are looking for specific tips and such, definitely feel free to PM me πŸ™‚ There would be so much to tell you and I wouldn’t be able to fit it all here! I LOVE helping people get back on track or just handing out random advice. 

 

I know you said you are trying to get back down to 125, but is it just the weight loss you seek? Toning up? Being able to compete in a race? These things would be very helpful to know if you are looking for certain tips πŸ™‚ I plan on mustering up the courage to run a 5K around my 25th birthday. That will be my personal celebration. I’m 143 wanting to get down to 130, so we are definitely in this together!

I was actually looking into the Color Run! I wanna do something just out of this WORLD! I love this forum…there are some serious success stories

@Elizabethashley23:  i’m doing the same kind of thing! been engaged for almost a year now, and my wedding is almost a year away… my most comfortable weight is like 125, and i’m currently 147 :X. i’ve been eating healthy and working out for almost 2 months now and haven’t seen a big difference yet, but i do feel a lot better. i’m really hoping to lost some pounds soon though!! i do myfitnesspal as well, and you can add me if you want to! jen4relient22

@Elizabethashley23:  yeah its a real pain to add people from the phone app… If you ever get on the website on a computer it’s really easy to add people lol. Yeah I’ve been tracking my calories closely for about a month now… I try not to exceed 1300cals/day and work out pretty much every day. I really like taking fitness classes so that’s what I mainly do. πŸ™‚ what about you? I’ve just been getting so frustrated because losing weight has always been really easy for me but not this time. πŸ™

I too had an extreme (for me) weight loss last year (about 50 pounds).. right before I met my fiance. Once we started dating I slowly started not watching what I was eating and I’ve put on 20 of the 50 I lost before. My wedding is April 2014 so hopefully I can lose it haha …I’ve already started watching my proportions and working out about 45 min everyday. I’ve noticed I’ve come down some (or it was water weight) regardless, I hope I can keep it up during the holidays!! I want to be back down to the size I was when I met him, for our wedding! πŸ˜‰

@Elizabethashley23:  Try Nike Training Club (NTC) – it’s a free app you can get on your iphone…it’s like going to bootcamp classes except you can do it at home and on your own schedule πŸ™‚
