I noticed another poster mentioned myfitnesspal and I would have to agree, that app helps me a lot as long as I’m consistent with adding everything I eat. I don’t necessarily restrict myself to keep within a low cal diet, but it definitely helps me to be more mindeful with what I’m eating. Sometimes I will add all my meals for what I will be eating in the morning and it helps me to plan what to have for various snacks and whatnot.
