If the diamonds do not look yellow in person, I would guess it’s picking up the color from something else.

It looks beautiful to me, but to each their own.

Well if you are unhappy with it, you could always use this one just for the wedding and exchange it after the wedding. If of course you aren’t sentimentally attached to the band you get married with.

Personally it looks a little yellow to me but that could be a result of the photo taken!

Did the ring look yellow in previous pictures before you ordered the ring?

I guess at this point the only thing to do is hope for the best…TO ME, it looks like the color is being picked up from something else, but I am far from and expert.  Hopefully it turns out to be the beautiful ring you are hoping for – may I ask why cut it so close to the wedding to order a ring?

@nohelvetica:  I do see some yellowness, but I also see yellow in the band so I’m leaning towards it’s the lighting. If you were to take this ring and put it in a full on white on white light box, I bet you wouldn’t see the yellowness in the stones.

I don’t know if there is a tinge of yellow in the metal it’s picking up or if it’s from the lighting.

The reason I say it looks like color picked up from something else is because there seems to be a natural progression in the “coloring”… the first diamond on the right only looks yellow along its left edge, the second diamond looks fairly yellow, and then the third diamond only looks yellow along the right edge…as if there was something reflecting in the photo to give it that color….

@Miss Apricot:  +1

I’m guessing it has to do with the light as well.

Also, depending on the color of the stone in your e-ring, you wouldn’t want the diamonds in the band to look *too* white. Otherwise sitting next to your e-ring, your e-ring would look a bit yellow in comparison. (Unless you’ve got a diamond in your e-ring in the D-E-F range.)

They look much lower than H in the photo. I would be concerned too.

Maybe they are reflecting an orange…something in the room. You have to see them in person…

Pictures are notortiously inaccurate for color (usually in the reverse direction), because so many things at the instant the photo is taken affect how it looks in that moment.

@Miss Apricot:  H is very very lightly yellow… it shouldn’t look like this.
