Have you checked the profile page to see if there are any messages about them being away for a period of time or on vacation? Some will have it at the top of their pages so people don’t miss it.

I’ve noticed etsy sellers that will close their shop if they are going on vacation or are away for one reason or another.  I’d be wary of someone that isn’t responsive if you haven’t placed an order yet.  Have you checked their feedback at all?

@jeffloveschrissy: Look for an email address on their profile rather than just using the convos and try contacting them that way. It could be that they don’t check their Etsy every day and haven’t seen your message (although that’s crazy to me). Is there a vacation or delay notice up on their store front? How are their ratings on the feedback? I’d read and see if anyone else has had trouble getting a hold of them.

Post on her facebook page and see if she got your message. That’s happened to me before (though it was email that threw it to spam, not an etsy convo). She shouldn’t have trouble seeing your etsy convos, though, because they are usually set up to send the seller an email as well when a convo is received.
