I tried the 30 Day Shred but I’m not crazy about it.  I like No More Trouble Zones better.  Also, try to at a good diet, that will help your body to shed fat and build muscle.

I really LOVE the older FIRM workouts (haven’t tried the WAVE workouts or the  newest set).  They used to tone my arms and rear like nothing else!
