@bskd2222:  look for a venue that includes the food, linens, cake, decor, set up and take down assistants. Ours is like this and it’s only $42 a person.

@bskd2222:  where do you live at ? Approximately of course. That will give everyone a better estimate on where to help you figure everything out

oh wow! I’m sorry i didn’t see that this was under a state board. DUH!

I agree with Kafrine . Find somewhere that includes pretty much everything.

Mine (with taxes included) is just under $4100 for 100 people.  That includes table clothes, chairs, chair covers, Bridal Party table, cake table, cake stand, center pieces, unlimited softdrinks/tea/coffee bar, DJ, and caterer (not including cake). They also put everything up for me and take everything down.

It’s making things SOOO much easier on me.
