On Saturday my parents are meeting my FI’s parents. I’m making fruit skewers, pesto pizza, lasagna, and salad. On Sunday I am making mini quiche (spinach and feta and the sausage, egg, and cheese). For dinner Future Mother-In-Law is making ham with fruit and lots of other sides.

Pesto pizza (just sub in pesto for sauce) and berry fruit skewers are easy appetizers.

For dinner, I’m making cheesy pasta with bacon, garlic mashed potatoes and rolls. I also ordered a Honeybaked Ham that I’ll pick up on Saturday 🙂 I’m going to make some bacon-wrapped brats (Can you tell Fiance loves bacon? Those are great, poppable snacks, though!) and some kind of dip for appetizers (the hot corn dip sounds good, @rubyroad10!). I won’t be making any dessert because I went out and bought a bunch of Easter candy. Did I mention it’s just Fiance and me? lol All of our family lives far away.
