gestroup :  Try Weddingstar.com! It has a ton of options you can personalize. Readign what you are looking for, my mind immediately jumped to these beautiful jewlery boxes they haev that they can customize names on!

If all else fails, a clothing gift box would work. Bit plain but cheap and the right size.

Our photographer gave us this neat little wooden box with a few prints and our USB stick (customized) inside and I absolutely adored it.

Something like this would be expensive but it could totally be worth it as a keepsake box for more memories to come.

gestroup :  For my bridesmaids I bought some beautiful boxes from Etsy and some gold transfers of their names and stuck them on, they came out really well.

Just wanted to say that a fancy twist on not folding the letter could be rolling the letter up and tying it with some pretty ribbon. That way, you wouldn’t need quite as large of a box, but wouldn’t have to resort to folding your letter and causing creases. 🙂
