One of my mom’s best friends is helping my bridesmaids with my shower. She has also offered to “cater” the morning of the wedding with snacks, drinks, etc. I’d really like to get her a thank you present, but I’m lost as to what to get her as a thank you present.
A little history, she has always been like a mom to me. Neither of her daughters have any intentions of ever getting married, so she’s basically doing whatever my mom and bridesmaid let her do so she gets to be part of a wedding. I dont want to get her a spa certificate or anything, Id like to get her something that she can keep that will remind her of how appreciative I am.

What’s your budget?
And, is she a collector of anything? If you go to her home, what do you notice? Is she into nice linens, or kitchen type things, or garden sculptures, etc…..

I havent really thought about what to budget as her thank you gift honestly. My parents are paying for my wedding, so whatever I get her is out of my pocket. What would be a good range? $100??
She doesnt collect anything. She loves wine but she’s very picky on her wines. She loves books, but then again, she picks her books.
I was thinking maybe a nice frame with a quote or something from PersonalizationMall.com

Does she have nice wine glasses? Williams Sonoma has a variety of glasses – the Grape Series by Riedel are a decent product and won’t totally break the bank (you could get 4 for around $200).
Does she have art like that in her home? If she’s picky, and doesn’t have things like that currently up, I’d stay away from that (or else it will just end up in the garage).
Since it’s your mom’s best friend, did she have any ideas? or memory of presents she’s received in the past that she’s really enjoyed?
