Our wedding venue is the home of a distant relative of my fiancé. They have very graciously agreed to have our ceremony and reception at their house free of charge. It won’t be the first wedding they’ve had there.
I would like to get them a gift in appreciation but I’ve been thinking about it for months and can’t come up with much. They’re very wealthy and don’t need anything per se, but I’d like to get them something thoughtful. Any ideas would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Something very nice for their home would be a nice gesture. Maybe a lovely vase filled with fresh flowers? If they like coffee, a new machine? You could also go the basket route, filling a nice linen basket with all of your favorite soaps, nice chocolates, teas, stationary, etc. Of course a very heartfelt note to go along with it.

I like the basket idea! I don’t know how a vase with flowers would work the day of, were already going to have a ton of flowers brought in for the wedding. Maybe I could have some delivered after the wedding though!
