I got him iPhone cufflinks since he’s an iPhone developer. I didn’t really want to go the traditional cufflink route but I found these and they were perfect…

My SO is a firefighter and I am seriously thinking about getting him some personalized art work from a painter he likes that specializes in fire artwork

I have a hard time thinking of what to get my FH too… we are both huge Yankee fans and he is a huge NY Giants fan (I am a huge Jets fan) so I’d love to get something Giants or Jets related but considering his tendency to abhor dressing up fancy, I think watches and cufflinks are out for me.

What is your dollar limit that you are spending on your FHs? I might think about getting him a nice Giants jacket or something but IDK if you are traditionally meant to spend $200 bucks on the groom (and I only work PT so that’s not 100% doable for me anyway)… if you guys have ideas, let me know 🙂

Nice cufflinks, a tie clip, an engraved flask, a really nice pen to sign the marriage license with. I do like the idea of the watch too, you could always get it engraved to make it more personal.

I am writing him a note for before the wedding.  During the wedding I am planning on surprising him either with a late night snack of Polish sausages(he loves them and is Polish, was teasing me about our asian infusion menu and lack of Polish food) or some crazy entertainment that appeals to his quirky humor like the Bubble Guy, a juggler or magician.

I would steer away from the typical and get him something that really is HIM.  The cufflinks above are a great example.

I got my partner tickets to see his favourite singer. Luckily for me he has never been to a live performance before and shes touring here a month after our wedding so it will be great.

I vote for getting him something thats really him. I also dont neccessarily think it needs to be a keepsake, unless thats what you are going for. Making a memory is just as important. Does he want to skydive? Get a tattoo? Ride a harley? Paint with an elephant? Climb a mountain? Hire a charter fishing boat? Theres endless options.

I am getting boudoir photography done. I know most are not comfortable with this, but it something that I am sure any husband is going to LOVE.

I agree with PP, just make sure it is something that is HIM and he would actually want/enjoy 🙂
