I’m wanting to buy Mr.bobby and his GMs ties. I’ve found an some that I really like on etsy and there is a deal for a large amount of them. So I was wondering if I should buy one for my dad, his dad and our pastor who will be marrying us.That will make it a total of six ties to buy. Actually seven counting my step dad.
Is it etiquette to buy the gifts for the dads and officiant? They aren’t helping pay, but they are helping in a few other ways. And if I do buy gifts for the dads, what should I buy the moms? A necklace, or earrings?

Wow, Fiance and I were just having this same discussion. We bought matching ties for the groomsmen and were planning to buy a nice one in a coordinating color (but not the same pattern) for our officiant. He’s my uncle and not charging us, so I felt like we should get him something. We’re on the fence about getting ties for the dads, largely because we can’t fathom what we would gift our very, very different mothers that would make sense. I’m interested to hear what other people are doing.
