Um … monogrammed shot/whiskey/pint glasses. A utili-key – sounds stupid, but I use mine all the time. Something related to one of his interests – does he like to cook? Perhaps a cookbook. Does he work out? Maybe a subscription to Men’s Health. Basically, try to consider what you’d give him as a birthday present, and go from there.

I’m giving my fiance’s groomsmen all matching shotglass/flask sets, each with their names engraved…other ideas would be his favourite candy, and a t-shirt. Hope that helps! 🙂

I gave my bridesman a pack of fancy pants mens toiletries which came in a bag he could travel with. He also got a bottle of local schnapps (they all got that, but I got him a bigger bottle). If I’d wanted to give him more I probably would have included a book as he loves to read, or a gift card. We paid for his suit hire which included shirt and tie.

The greatest gift of all would be to call him something besides a man-maid! 🙂

I got my son (who was my dude of honor) and my daughter, who was Maid/Matron of Honor, both Swiss Army knives.  They were both thrilled.  I’ve got pictures of my son playing with his during the reception.  Wink

Oh, and mrbee, he chose his own title, which was (obviously) not man-maid.
