Are you paying them to get hair and make up done? if not – thats always a nice thing – and if so, maybe throw in a mani pedi?   A lot of spas will do discounts for wedding parties, especially if the bride is having stuff done there too.  Along with a handwritten, heartfelt thank you letter, I think thats a gift I would love to receive.

Etsy is awesome for gifts…you could get them all personalized engraved jewellry for $30 to $40 per person and they have a HUGE assortment of stunning things.

Mani-pedi sets?  I think the Ms. Manicure brand is fairly reasonable.

I got my girls a travel brush set from Sephora and that was their favorite piece of their gift.

I was also on a VERY VERY tight budget. I bought my girls silk robes from Jcpenny for $5 each (these were very cute in pictures while we were getting ready) and made them the Name personalized wire hangers (very cheap to make, and fairly easy). And i bought jewerly sets from Burlington Coat Factory for less than $5 a piece. ANd put them all in a tote bag from Joanns ($1 each) and ironed on a really cute patch ($.49 each) of first letter of their names to the tote. With all of that it was under $15 per gift.

I find that it is nicest to get them a gift for AFTER the wedding versus something that serves a purpose for your wedding.  Paying for their hair and make-up is a nice gesture but seems self-serving since they will end up looking nicer in your wedding photos.  Just something to keep in mind. 😉
