She won’t need the bottles of she intends to breastfeed and muslin wraps are great

I would add:

nipple cream (if she plans to breastfeed)

diaper cream

cooked-ahead and frozen meals for easy dinners in the first few weeks

If she plans to breast feed then I would get her some nursing pads, a nursing cover, bags to freeze breast milk in so she can freeze some so others can feed the baby when they watch him/her, and (like stated above) nipple cream. All those will come in handy. Something like this would be nice for NOW when she’s still pregnant: http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=4360537′ defer=’defer

This is something that will help her remember when she last fed the baby because sometimes when you are running on little to no sleep it’s hard to remember unless you right down: http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3197294′ defer=’defer

If she has morning sickness I was told this helps: http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2470712′ defer=’defer

Oh, there is also a tank top that fits tight under any shirt that has the came clips up top as a nursing bra so she can lift the top shirt without showing her belly. After having my son I was very shy about showing any extra skin so she might like that if she is breastfeeding.

I hope all this helps! These are all great gifts for the mom-to-be. Some are useful now and some will be useful after baby arrives but there are a lot of things she will need either way.
