Natural lifestyle girls gonna hate, but Vaseline is great on hands and feet.

My multivitamin is my real secret weapon though.

Everyone told me I should eat a cube of undiluded jelly every day to keep my nails in good condition. As well as cutical oil every night and constant moistureising with a hand moisturiser containing glycerine.

I have no idea if it all works because i was too lazy to try……..but that was the advice.

The one I was most likely to have a go at was the jelly 😉

Olive oil is the best – I slather my hands in it regularly.  It’s great for your cuticles and for dry, peely skin around your nails 🙂  The best thing is, we cook with it all of the time, so it’s always on hand.

@edgebee:  I second that!  I had a cut on my finger the other day so I had a bandaid and neosporin on it.  When I took it off that cuticle was in amazing shape, soft and smooth instead of my other fingers that are dry and gross.

I always really liked Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Hand Cream that’s been good. I often use Progaurd professional hand cream at work because I work in a lab. My lab gloves also have aloe in them which seems to help.

As for wearing gloves at night to help moisturize, I have tried and tried but always end up unconsciously taking them off and throwing them across the room or just losing them in my bed. Either way they’re never on when I wake up.

My man got pulled into that dead sea stuff and I love it! I was my hands and use turpentine and other chemicals with my horses and exfoliate and grape seed oil on cuticle does wonders along with body butter
