I work in a small office (3 people) and on Christmas Eve we exchanged gifts. Our boss got both of us (me & secretary) a couple of presents, and her and I both put $25 towards a gift card.
I gave the secretary a gift card to Subway for $15, and she never said anything to me. (I didn’t get anything from her, and I wasn’t expecting to.)
I’m just pissed off because I think it’s incredibly rude that she didn’t say thank you. She came in 1.5 hours late this morning (which isn’t unusual) and I really, really don’t want to talk to her.
UGH- I wish I had the rest of the week off!
