I made a wedding site on Wix and the RSVP will be on the site.
I am debating if I should give full details about the menu on the site so everyone can make a more informed decision when RSVPing or should i stay with the typical CHICKEN STEAK FISH VEGITARIAN?

I’m a big fan of the more information the better!

Ya, full information would be nice. On my RSVP cards I have stuffed chicken or beef au jus when in reality it was stuffed chicken with goat cheese and spinach, parisian potatoes and seasonal vegitables or roast beed au jus with parisian potatoes and seasonal vegitables.. if someone really didn’t like goat cheese that would be a deciding factor to go with beef…

Good to know. Ok I shall update my website

As a picky eater, thank you for doing this. 🙂

Hmm, we are doing food stations. Have other bees informed guests of the food options?

No normal person is ever going to complain about seeing more food details on your website. And doesn’t ‘Roasted chicken breast with herb tomato butter, served with a mixed green salad and chef’s choice of seasonal accompaniments’ sound nicer than ‘chicken, salad and vegetables’?

I think this is good info for the Wedding Website…
Guests who bother to drop by should be rewarded by knowing more info IMO (pay off for all the work you do as the Host when planning a nice event like a Wedding)
I`d enjoy the extra menu info
Reply Cards, I`d still keep simple… just list them as
___ Chicken Option
___ Beef Option
___ Fish Option
___ Vegetarian Option
Hope this helps,

we gave a full title of the options but not necssarily an indepth description. e.g, filet mignon with stuffed shrimp, parmasean encrusted chicken…

We wanted a split menu, so we have to put the options on the invite. I have been told this can be hell but I’d guess I’d want to know what I’m having on the day either way 🙂

@This Time Round: I love this suggestion! Fiance and I have been debating this same question since our food tasting. People should be rewarded for visiting the website, plus it saves room on the reply cards.
