I was going through my wedding paperwork yesterday and noticed, in tiny print at the bottom of the page, that my venue does not provide glassware. Now what do I do!! We recently decided to buy a house so we were busting our butts to have the money for the wedding and the house. We just got it settled, and now this! How much is this going to cost me? I am inviting 200 guests and we are having a bar. Help!

Is your caterer or bar vendor different from the venue? If so, talk to them. Glassware isn’t that expensive to rent through them (assuming they arent already providing it, which they might!). Where it gets expensive is if you need to bring in a whole new rental vendor that will charge you a delivery/setup fee etc.

There are a lot of party rental companies (where I am anyway) that rent all kinds of glasses (cost per glass). For a delivery fee, they drop it off at your location clean and pick it up after the event dirty.
