Is your caterer or bar vendor different from the venue? If so, talk to them. Glassware isn’t that expensive to rent through them (assuming they arent already providing it, which they might!). Where it gets expensive is if you need to bring in a whole new rental vendor that will charge you a delivery/setup fee etc.

There are a lot of party rental companies (where I am anyway) that rent all kinds of glasses (cost per glass). For a delivery fee, they drop it off at your location clean and pick it up after the event dirty.
