I have celiac so I am naturally a little concerned about getting a good gluten free meal on my wedding day with no contamination and a gluten free cake that actually tastes good!
We have discussed only having a two tier gluten free cake with regular sheet cake in the back to 1. cut cost and 2. prevent contamination. What was your plan regarding cake?
How did you guys bring up gluten free food to your venues, what questions did you ask to make sure you wouldn’t get sick on your wedding day. Did you request that your meal be the same as your guests but gluten free? How important was this aspect in choosing your reception location?
