http://www.budgetbytes.com/2010/09/singapore-noodles/ With sauteed shrimp was a huge hit in my home. Make rice noodles your friend! You can make pad thai too with them.

If you like fish…

http://www.thekitchn.com/recipe-nobu-miso-marinated-black-cod-117238   With coconut rice… just put a spoon of coconut oil in your rice cooker while your rice is cooking and you have coconit rice. throw in frozen veggies to the rice cooker and you have them cooked in.

Skinnytaste has a whole section: i’m a big fan of their crockpot stuff…plus since it’s summer, BBQ! Grilled veggies and steak/chicken/fish is easy enough and Girlfriend.

alysee:  Gluten free isn’t as hard as one might think (luckily!). Meat + veggies + optional roll is an easy one, that way you can simply edit a meat option into a gluten-free meat option.

Following I was actually going to make a post looking for ideas. After 2 years of digestive issues I have now figured out I cannot eat gluten. I cut it out of my diet for the last month and it’s like night and day. I was bad and ate some bread over the weekend and paid for it for almost 3 days. I also have many of the symptoms of a gluten reaction everything that I have been having issues with seems like it can be linked to this. Can’t express how happy I am to find a solution to my problem.
