I am 8.5 months now and am packing my hospital bag. I’m due March 11.
This http://thegirlybaby.com/images/070812_107.jpg is the closest that I could find of what I am thinking of letting her wear for pics. There are pink ruffles on the butt and lace as a halter (back out) with a lace pink flower hedband, kind of like the one pictured.
As of right now I am thinking of a light yellow pants (with footies) and kimono top. I am also packing a white knitted sleep sack (with hood) to bring her home in. The Shower is Saturday, so I might get something that I like better.
Please share what you decided to dress your new baby in for hospital pics and the infamous Going Home Outfit.

Aww that looks so cute! I love all the diaper covers with ruffles on them, hehe. We didn’t have outfits picked out yet, but I would love to get ideas!

We put our LO in the hospital provided bodysuit and blanket. I had a going home outfit and didn’t think anything of it. Once we settled into parenthood, we got some kimono tops for him which were easy to manage with his belly button. For hospital pics, I brought a blanket my mom made decades ago for those.

We don’t have any kids yet, but my dad picked out mine and all my siblings going home outfits and I thought that was a pretty fun tradition I might continue someday 🙂

My munchkin was 7 weeks early. So we technically didn’t have a going home outfit and the hospital did their own pictures with a blanket. This is the picture they did at the hospital and this picture of him in his carseat getting ready for home
