This may seem silly to some but we enjoy it … would you be willing to go out with him and his work friends every now and then? I’m not saying everytime he goes out he still needs his time but, that way you see him more often and you guys r doing what he wants to do and in return he spends some evenings doing whatever you want do ?

You said he was going out all the time before and now it’s only a couple times a month? He might resent you for making him cut out time from his friendships. I see my friends once a week on a designated girls night, my husband does the same with his friends, and we hang out with our mutual friends pretty much every other weekend. I think it’s important to keep your friendships when you’re married, they can be a good outlet for you, maybe he vented to them about work and things that were going on – which is good because then you’re not always the one that he’s telling about his frustrations all the time. I’d say give him a break and let him go out a bit more (within reason), otherwise I think he’s going to start resenting you (it’s sounding like he already might be).
