One of my registry gifts arrived broken, so I called them to see what I needed to do to get a replacement. The CSR ordered the replacement set for me, and all I have to do is box up the broken set, write “Williams-Sonoma” on the box, and leave it outside my door and UPS will come scoop it up in the morning!
This is bringing me closer to forgiving them for continuing to discontinue every set of table linens I register for
