Hello – Does anyone know where to buy gold votive candle holders in bulk in Toronto (or GTA) that are reasonably priced? Shipping from the US is just to expensive with the exchange, duty and postage. I found some on Kijiji but she wants $4 each, and I need like 50-75 of them…so hoping to pay a little less than that.

I don’t have a suggestion for you but have you considered using gold spray paint to paint clear ones? Would require some work but would probably work out a lot cheaper…

Have you been to tuzy muzzy in Markham? They are a wholesaler for these types of I teams, call them and ask.

Thank you both for the great suggestions. I’m not that crafty, but maybe I could give it a try if Tuzy Muzy doesn’t have them.

I’ve seen gold speckled candle holders recently at some Dollarama stores! Try Ikea too?! Tuzzy Muzzy was my first suggestion but someone already posted that 🙂

Michaels usually has lots of items, Dollarama is good (tons of clear glass votives you can spray paint). Local brides on Kijiji are always trying to unload items, and of course, if you’re going to spray paint any thing that holds a flame use a fire safe spray paint.
You can always try renting them too. Check with local florists as they often have rental items too.

I am using a ton of gold in my decor and I second spray paint! I bought clear votives in bulk for $0.25 each. The extra work is worth it. I havent found nice ones for less than $8.99 for a pack of 6. Even rentals are at least $1 each. Look on Pinterest for spray paint ideas.

ACmoore. I used a 40% off coupon on a bulk purchase of their clear votive holders. I dont know if they are in Canada but its just like Michaels.

I bought votives from Ikea and spray painted them gold. They turned out gorgeous!

I bought online direct from China and it was SO much cheaper than anywhere else. Check out E Favormart. http://www.efavormart.com/

i’ve been slowly buying the silver mercury glass votive holders at Michaels when they offer the 50% off coupon. I usually pass two locations on my way home from work lol I will probably end up with close to 70 candles and holders for under $100. I know I can sell them on Kijiji afterwards too.
