I’ve been doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and am loving it but I think it is working my arms, shoulders and abs more than anything. I would like to find a great workout dvd that tones my butt and thighs to balance this out. Any reccomendations?

I agree, the 30 das shred does nothing for my lower body.
I find that yoga in general works my legs and bum nicely.
I also like the firm’s total body tonner DVD.
I had a DVD with a ballet segment on it many moons ago that was pretty good for a lower body workout.

I’ve used the Pure Barre dvd and there are basically 3 sections (abs, thighs, and butt). There’s definitely no cardio. The dvd is about 45 minutes.

I like teh Walk away the pounds series. They have different videos for specific areas. Leslie Sansone is great!

I just started doing Crunch’s Belly Butt and Thighs Boot Camp DVD. I can only make it halfway through the DVD so far! I just started it so I haven’t really seen any results but I sure can feel it! It’s a pretty good workout with cardio bursts so (supposedly) you tone and burn fat. I’ll let you know how it goes!

It sounds cheesy, but Carmen Electra’s Fit to Strip is amazing and has done wonders for my butt and thighs!!!! I cannot recommend it enough. It is the second disc in her aerobics striptease series. This disc is not about the stripping- it is all toning exercises. I love it!
