(Closed) Good cardio workout DVDs/Netflix/Wii option?

@jessjess: I used to used EA Sports Active a lot for the Wii and liked it. It comes with a resistance band, but it’s not very good, so I bought my own. The only thing is that it sometimes wouldn’t pick up well on my movements, but that wasn’t that often. You can use it with or without the balance board.

I also have the Wii Fit, and it has some fun games on it, but I think for a more consistent workout, I’d go with something else.

Kettlebells will kick your butt!

I like Kettlebell Bootcamp with Angie Miller. She’s kinda annoying, but she keeps you motivated Wink

@jessjess: I did insanity for a little while, but then I hurt my back with those triangle push ups. I guess I didnt have proper form or something Embarassed

I use Zumba for Kinect, but they also have it for the Wii – just as fun as it sounds 🙂
