What’s a good casserole dish for a new (first time) mom and dad? Our neighbors are due with a baby girl while we’ll be away for 2 weeks for our wedding, so I want to give her a freezer meal before we go.
I’ve hear red sauce (marinara, etc) aren’t good for new moms and can give baby acid reflux?
Did anyone bring you anything you loved/hated?

For a lighter dinner do a veggie lasagna.
Do a breakfast casserole for something different. Sausages, hashbrowns, eggs, and cheese, yum!
Or Chicken Florentine casserole if they like spinach.
My go to is chicken divan which has broccoli.

I was going to say breakfast casserole. I do wone with potatoes o brien one can of cream of chicken (or make your own, whichever way you like) 6 eggs as much bacon as you want and cheese on top. Mix it all up except cheese and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes to an hour. It’s not the healthiest but it’s super mild to the stomach and it’s very tasty. You could always make a chicken pot pie as well and freeze it so all they have to do is bake it off. It’s very simple and if your don’t like making crust you can always buy it.

That’s a really yummy sausage/egg casserole. My mom makes it for sick friends, people having a hard time (death, divorce, etc) and new parents and they all love it!
