I think that Michael’s is your best bet.  But I know that I will also be going in AFTER the holiday’s in hopes of finding even better discounts.

Michael’s is definitely the best. You may try Hobby Lobby and Old Time Pottery!

I just bought about 300 yards of ribbon from papermart.com. It only cost about $27 for that amount (7/8 inch) and I got 3 different colors. They also sell them in amounts of 25 yards and in different lengths. I figured that even if it’s too much ribbon, at $9 for 100yd roll is pretty darn good!

I am making ribbon pomanders as centerpieces and using TONS of ribbon too — I buy all of mine at Hobby Lobby it is almost ALWAYS 50% off there.  I think I’ve only been there once when it wasn’t on sale. 🙂

I bought tons of ribbon for ribbon wands on the cheap from crafta.com

My order didn’t make their international shipping minimum, so I had it shipped to a friend in the US, and she mailed it on to me, and it was still way cheaper than anywhere else.

I recommend GriffithGardens on Etsy.  I’ve bought a bunch of ribbon there for a great price, and she’s an awesome seller.  I’ve always been super happy with the ribbon I’ve received.
