Are you looking to tone your calf muscles or thighs? Also, what type of exercises are you seeking to do? Exercises that require weights and machines or simple around the house suggestions?

Squats! Seriously. Squats and lunges are the best lower body exercises. And there are a million of different versions of them. Just make sure you have good form while doing them or you could hurt your knees or back.

Pilates are also great for lower body workouts. But my favorite video for legs is the New York Ballet workout dvds.
