Our New Year Resolution for 2013 is to lose weight, surprise surprise 🙂 We got married in July & I’ve put on 7kg already! We have let ourselves gooooooooo.

Im off to do my first 2013 grocery run tomorrow and I need some suggestions. The problem with fresh fruit & veg is it spoils, I usually do groceries once a week, sometimes once a fortnight. Does anyone have any fantastic diet plans they could share / foods they eat regularly that are tasty and healthy? How often do you shop and what are your staple household meals?
