Definitely etsy, and depending on your budget, treasurlybydima (which is a shop on etsy) has some great ruby rings that are untreated and unheated. Goodluck!!

Like others have said, Etsy and Rubylane. 

Ebay seller Brecker27 doesn’t have a ton of listings but when they do they are for a steal.

Oh, if we’re including UK I adore Friar House in Battle, Hastings. Not many rubies at present but they sell a lot to overseas too 🙂 excellent customer service – I got my wedding set from there but being UK I actually got to go there.

I like Heidi Gibson, her rings are new but in the Art Deco style and they are gorgeous!
