so i am doing my at home reception with family and friends that couldn’t make it to Jamaica for our wedding. Also, I will have 2 BMs that had bought their dresses but still couldn’t come so they never wore the dress! AND i was not happy with limited amount of pics I got with just me and my BMs in Jamaica since we had been a bit rushed with our bridal party shots,…….
all this to say i have decided to do a little photo shoot with my BMs in the afternoon of my AHR this summer in Montreal and i want to know if you could give me suggestions of a good spot to do a photo shoot that is in the west island (or not too far) and by the water somewhere.
like, what’s a recommended spot to take wedding photos?

Is Parc Jean-Drapeau to far out for you?
What part of the west island?

@Miss Co-Pilot: hey, that is kind of far. maybe i will look it up though if i can’t decide on somewhere closer. my AHR is in Ile-Perot.

If you get a chance, drive along lakeshore road to scope out spots. You can start as east as Lachine and end go as west as Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue.
There are a few patches of green space right on the water all along this road. There’s the boardwalk in Ste-Anne. If you’re unsure, google maps Dorval and you follow the lakeshore, you will see all the little green spaces where you can get out and take photos.
