Sammoon.com That is where I am buying my girls stuff from. They have a few stores in Texas and one of my BMs shop their all of the time. They have formal and everyday jewelry. They even have other accessories.

A lot of Etsy sellers make reasonably priced jewelry, and you can always post a custom request and price point through their Alchemy option.

Update: Just received my order today and one earring is broke. Customer service is closed so I have to call tomorrow to see if I can exchange it. They said they don’t accept returns or exchanges on rhinestone jewelry, but since it came in broke hopefully they will accept it.
