I am wondering what your favorite workout DVDs are?
I saw the Brazil Butt infomerical recently and went and read the reviews about it on Amazon… it has decent/good reviews but was wondering if anyone has tried it here? What’s your opinion?
My botton half has gained a good ten pounds in the last year or so and I’d like to tone it/shape it up! Although Fiance says he likes it LOL! I’d also like to tone up my arms as my wedding dress is strapless.
What are you all doing? How’s it working for you?

I have been doing the Biggest Loser Cardio Max dvd’s and my butt is so sore aftewards. I recommened it.

Jillian Michaels 30 day shred is crazy…Fiance and I started it this week and I have never been so sore. Its only 20 minutes and you think that 20 minutes couldnt possibly do anything but its really intense.

Hmmmmm, I have a rather extensive fitness DVD collection. And my favorites change all the time!
I love the Core Fusion DVDs – which are a mix of pilates, yoga, strength-training and the Lotte Berk method. These are surprisingly tough! My favorites in this series is the Total Body Sculpt and Pure Abs and Arms.
I love any DVD by Gin Miller. Serious Strength, Simply Step and Simply Circuit are probably my favorites.
My newest love is the Iron Core Kettlebell series. Nothing works as quickly as Kettlebells but proper technique is SO important!

I’m a fan of The Firm dvds, also just tried Women’s Health train for you body type- kicked my butt, it nice because there’s different workout based on your build and each day there’s a different workout.
