I like YogAmazing, you can find it for free through iTunes.
The instructor Chaz is a little quirky, but cute, and I love his flow classes!

@vorpalette:  All those are great dvds!

Hard Body Yoga, Element Yoga for Weightloss, Crunch Yoga Bat Burning Yoga & Joy of Yoga.

Not yoga or Pilates, but a couple dvd’s that have done wonders for my body that are similarly low impact:

Core Fusion Body Sculpt, Ballet Beautiful

Try http://www.basicyogapositions.com for a really effective program to get in shape quickly. It’s based on yoga, but has elements of inline skating as well (without the actual skates, lucklily enough!). Or for access to subscription of a wide range of regular yoga and pilates videos go to http://www.downloadyogavideos.com. The latter has a lot of different levels and a vibrant community that’s very helpful! The first two weeks are free, so it’s possible to check it out before committing. If you’re after quick results I’d go the first one, if you’re more spiritually geared the second is a better option. Enjoy!!

Someone on here recommended my yoga online to me and I love it!  It costs $80 a year but you get unlimited yoga videos.

Yoga videos are a great thing for anyone who wants to study and learn yoga in the comfort of their own home. In addition, many yoga videos  are great for parents and children to do together.
