@ScottishMrs:  I used this pattern linked here:  http://aaronandmisha.com/2012/05/02/diy-baby-shower-gift-baby-swaddler/ . It was a PITA just to put the pattern together. I finally found this site and she had pictures of what it should look like which helped. I live in the south and instead of making a two layered one like the directions I just cut out one set aka outside flannel fabric. Then I just used double sided bias tape to finish the ends/connect the two pieces together. I wanted a more aden and anais look. Hopefully it’s not too confusing. PM me if you need to. ๐Ÿ™‚ I’m going to make another one, ill take pictures.

It has been FOREVER  (7+ months!) since I checked WB and of course this is the first thread that I looked for!

Age/Birthday: Born May 14th. 7 months this last saturday

Boy or Girl and Name (if you’re comfortable sharing): A little boy named Levi

Work Situation or planned work situation: I have been back at work full time for 3 months- I stayed home for 4. I loved staying home but I also love working so it has been great all around.

Greatest moment so far: Smiles and giggles are the best

Milestones:  Levi got his first tooth a couple weeks ago.  He has been sitting unassisted for quite a while. He is so close to crawling and is actively trying to pull himself to standing position. He started solid food at 6 months (BLW).

Most surprising thing/best thing about being a momma:   The best thing seeing his personality emerge.  He is quite the character- his most recent thing is growling- my little weirdo!

How’s everything else – work/home/hubby: I really can’t complain.  Sure I wish there were more hours in the day but life is seriously sunshine and rainbows over here.  I can’t explain how full my heart feels on a daily basis. We are blessed.

So happy to read everyone’s updates!  We’re likely going to start trying again this summer. EEEEE! MOAR BABIES!
