Look for the “noise reduction” slider/actions.

You can reduce noise somewhat, but honestly can’t really get rid of it totally. ISO is definitely one of those things that’s better to get right in’camera. Bain of my iphone’s existence! 😉

Another trick is to turn it into a black and white.

Lightroom 3 or above works amazing for noise reduction. You can get a 30 free trial and if I were you I would just get LR. Its very affordable. I hardly ever use PS. Something in PS that takes 10 layers/steps takes 1 or 2 steps in LR.
