This is a ring my grandma bought in the 1930s when she went to visit her family in Italy as a young woman.  It’s become an heirloom that is passed amongst the women in my family as a good luck charm to find a husband – so far, it’s 100%! I got it a few years ago and finally wore it on my wedding day last month; so since I scored my hubby, it’s time for me to pass it back to my cousin to go to the next single lady.

This isn’t from my grandmother (my fiancé bought it on Etsy from a seller in Bangkok of all places), but it is an aquamarine!
