Has she decided not to be a part of your life, yet she is still going to attend your wedding? If not, you don’t have to seat her anywhere. 

If she will be there, ask her where she wants to sit.

I wouldnt sit her so obviously in the back, but definitely not the first 3 rows. Sorry you are going through this, cant even imagine.

What exactly do you mean by chosen not to be part of your life. Do you mean she is hostile and has cut off contact? Or was she just never involved much with you as a kid?
