angelpixxi:  I don’t have an F1. But you should check diamondbistro regularly, I’ve seen a few hearts and arrows F1’s on there in the past month or so.

angelpixxi:  here’s one that’s for sale right now. It’s an 8mm F1 hearts and arrows in a rose gold solitaire setting. There isn’t a huge difference between a 7.5 and 8mm stone, and even if you would want to have it reset in another ring, this is still a decent price. Plus you can always try offering her a little less and see if she accepts. For example if I was interested in this ring, I’d offer $675-$700

angelpixxi:  I don’t have pictures yet, I’m getting an 8mm Forever One set for my anniversary :). I think it will be large, I currently have a .34 carat diamond and I want something MUCH larger! I kept going back and forth on the 7.5mm vs 8mm, but when I taped post its sized to scale, the 7.5mm didn’t have quite the finger coverage I wanted :).

Also, I have heard that while H&A cut is ideal cut for diamonds, it’s not the ideal cut for mosissanite. It might look more like a diamond with a H&A cut, but that the round brilliant cut is more sparkley for a moissanite. I can’t be sure though, I haven’t seen them in real life, just what I’ve heard πŸ™‚

Here’s my 7.5mm F1 on a size 7.5 finger. I just got it so I’m more than happy to post pics, haha

angelpixxi:  Thanks! I think I have about 42% finger coverage with the 7.5mm on a 7.5 finger. On a 5.5 finger a 7.5mm is more like 46-47% coverage so it will definitely look bigger.

Here’s my H&A F1. It’s a 7mm on a 5.5 finger.

Thank you, the setting is Escape by Mark Schneider. Yes I definitely do see alot of sparkle with my stone. On a sunny day in direct light it becomes a mini disco ball πŸ˜›

I am looking at a F1 or Amora Gem and I’m trying to decide between a 7 and 7.5mm. If you have Instagram you should follow jhollywooddesigns. She posts tons of videos!Β

@angelpixxi I really like her page. I like to see her different gems. What size finger are you? I was in talks with Jen and most of her ring examples are 7.5mm and she said that she likes the 7.5 size. I’m a size 4 and I dont know if 7.5 will be too big by she’s a 5 on her examples so I’m not sure. Do you have a picture of your setting??
