As far as I know, usually photographers own their own business so it is not necessary to tip them. Given you generally won’t see the final product for a few days/weeks I’m not sure it would even make sense to since you have no idea how happy you will be with the final files. As for the stylists, I imagine it would be up to you. I definitely don’t think you need to tip them 20% of the purchase price each.

shawna.darling4:  No, same rules apply. You don’t have any obligation to tip your wedding photographer, although if she does an amaaazing job I guess you could.

I don’t know where you live but in the UK it’s custom to ‘tip’ your actual wedding photographer with a personalised gift. My photographer put a photo on his Facebook recently of two mugs with moustache designs that he received from a bride and he and his wife (his second photographer) loved (he has a long twiddly moustache himself so it was very fitting) so I’ll probably get them something similar.
